What kind of steel plate is the best for pressing Ruitai laminated veneer paper？
This is a question puzzled our customers recently. In order to figure out that we have experimented three steel plates with different surface effects under the same conditions.
The first one is a high glossy mirror stainless steel plate.
After pressing, the synchronized texture of the surface almost disappeared, the surface became more brighter, and the uneven defects inside the plywood core are also reflected on the surface due to the increased brightness. The surface makes people feel greasy.
The second one is an aluminum plate.
After pressing, the surface is dirty, and there are many holes on the surface due to the uneven aluminum plate.
Then the third one is a non glossy suede finish SS plate.
The result is that surface is clean and the synchronized texture is almost the same as before.
After comparison, it is easy to conclude that the non glossy suede finish SS plate plus cushion pad is the most friendly to the surface of LVP.
Therefore, we strongly recommend the non glossy suede finish SS plate and cushion pad to you.
