What is the difference between MDF and melamine board?
Melamine is a synthetic resin-based product that is more scratch-resistant than MDF. It is also stronger than particle board. MDF is made of wood particles with an extra layer of laminate to give it extra durability and strength.

LVP-Laminated Veneer Paper
LVP is developed by RTWOODS to solve the problem of melamine paper is differcult to press on plywood.
As we know when press melamine paper on plywood it will have deflect, like peeling, bubble and so on.
RTwoods press melamine paper on engineering veneer, we already made the surface, so it is easy for plywood manufacturer to press LVP on plywood to make melamine plywood.
For the cost, LVP cost is lower than LVP, since LVP surface is same as HPL, but for the back side, the engineering veneer can save the cost for the manufacturer.
After 10 years of development, now we have 17+ patents, 200+ synchronized designs and 500+ normal designs, including wood grain, stone texture, fabric, zero degree and open grain series.
Actually more than 80% of synchronized design is developed from us in China, and we have new designs every month to help our customer leading the market.
