The materials we usually use for direct bonding plywood include HPL and melamine paper. HPL synchronization has fewer designs and colors, and the price is also high. Melamine paper direct lamination has high requirements on the flatness of the substrate surface. So, what are the solutions to these problems?

Our new product --- CDF can solve these problems. It is called Composite Density Fiberboard, which can be pasted directly onto plywood.

What is CDF?

CDF is called Composite Density Fiberboard, it is a type of board made from wood fibers and other plant fibers, bonded together under high temperature and pressure. It is characterized by good stability and high density.

Key Features:

1. High density and strength: CDF can provide high load-bearing capacity and bending resistance, suitable for higher-strength applications.

2. Strong stability: It is least affected by humidity and temperature changes, reducing the risk of deformation and cracking.

3. Environmental protection: CDF usually uses environmentally friendly adhesives and manufacturing processes and meets high environmental standards.

Application

1. Door skin, Provide the same color door frame

2. Surface decoration: same way as press HPL

Its appearance is similar to HPL, but it is cheaper than HPL and has more colors, such as our all-synchronized design, it about 200+ synchronized designs, and our top design(normal design). Moreover, it has very low requirements for the flatness of the base material surface and can be directly pressed onto the board, thus saving additional base material costs and processing fees. It can be pasted on mdf, particle board, and block board directly also.
