The materials we usually use for direct bonding plywood include HPL and melamine paper, but HPL synchronization has fewer designs and colors, and the price is also high. Melamine paper direct lamination has high requirements on the flatness of the substrate surface. So what are the solutions to these problems?
Our new product CDF can solve these problems, it is called Composite Density Fiberboard, which can be pasted on the plywood directly.
Its appearance is similar to HPL, but it is cheaper than HPL and has more color designs, such as our all-synchronized design, 200+ synchronized design, and our top design(normal design). Moreover, it has very low requirements for the flatness of the base material surface and can be directly pressed onto the board, thus saving additional base material costs and processing fees. It can be pasted on mdf, particle board, and block board directly also.
And it can be used in Door skin, we can also provide same color door frame.
